- Is CityLearning's training accredited?
- Yes. CityLearning's courses are CPD accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), so completion can count towards learners' continuing professional development.
- How long do CityLearning courses take to complete?
- Courses are modular and designed for busy teams. Most modules take around 20 minutes to complete, using interactive scenarios and quizzes to aid recall.
- How often is the training content updated?
- Every course is reviewed at least annually and refreshed for legislative and regulatory change, so mandatory training stays current with UK regulation rather than going out of date.
- How is the training delivered and tracked?
- Training is delivered through the CityREPORTS platform, which lets compliance teams assign courses, send automated reminders, monitor completion across the whole firm, and export reports for boards and auditors.

- Yes. CityREPORTS provides exportable completion reporting designed to help firms evidence that mandatory compliance training has been assigned and completed, which supports demonstrating a firm's training obligations to the regulator.
